Clarification for Partners
Third-Party Disclosure Policy
We do not share identifiable analytics with third parties unless required by law or as part of a specific service agreement authorized by the user. Any sub-processors we utilize are vetted for compliance with global standards, ensuring your data never leaves a secure chain of custody.
International Data Relocation
While our primary hub is located in Bangkok, Thailand, we utilize world-class distributed cloud nodes to ensure platform resilience. Every international hop is managed via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to maintain the same level of protection regardless of physical geography.
